Creature: Placerias

Placerias- meaning broad body, was a dicynodont in the Triassic period and was a mammal-like reptile, but not a dinosaur. This guy is for a current project I am working on called "Vitality" vitalityrpg.com/ and appears in the very early Era of the game as a passive creature that will attack if provoked. Till a point he was the biggest sprite I had made for the game , that was until I started on the real dinosaurs but more of those at a later date.

He still needs a little work done on him, some shading around the front legs wouldn't hurt. He was to be animated via a 2D bone system in game but that might appear to be changing so he is in limbo at the moment. Lot of fun making this guy as I am a big fan of dinosaurs, even though it isn't one it's close enough xD.
